OG’s Wonder World of Randomness

“I’ll have a coffee thanks”

A simple request.  “I’ll have a coffee thanks”.

A difficult request.  “I’ll have a cappuccino with marshmallows thanks”.

The result.  A Latte.

The moment is ruined.  The impact lost.  The entire circumstance forever tarnished with substandard service from a coroporate money hungry chain on the verge of world domination.

Do you take it back?  Do you complain?  Do you request to see the manager?

Why bother…  When you’re gazing into eyes with the essence of pleasure it wouldn’t matter if you were served a warm prawn milkshake with maple syrup…  The only thing that matters is that you are there with the person whom makes you smile so much that even The Joker from Batman would be envious.

This is how you learn to just “deal with it”…  Take it for what it’s worth…  And never let go of the moment, even if the incorrect beverage was served…

Hey OG, this is Nate from Heretic. Thanks for the welcome, glad someone is checking us out! We should be off from US Northeast within a week, which is very exciting. We’re planning on hauling out in Darwin, AUS, next August or September, after a pleasant sail through the South Pacific islands. Come hang out!
